Paris, 1981. Aram, a young man of Armenian origin, blows up the Turkish Ambassador’s car seriously injuring Gilles, who just happens to have been passing by on his bicycle. Aram flees to Beirut to join the Armenian Liberation Army. His mother, Anouch, visits Gilles in hospital to ask for forgiveness for her son, but Gilles wants to meet his executioner face to face. With revenge in mind he heads to Marseille to confront Aram’s family and finds himself welcomed into their home for a prolonged stay.
